A rainy reunion for the Dangerous Duo. Spent the day splashing through the puddles of Westwood trying to make the most of a non-automotive journey. Stopped by the Hammer Museum at UCLA for a venture into the arts. ’Devil’s Hill’ was an amazing installation unlike anything we’ve experienced before. You may have seen similar works before that aim to stretch the mind and defy gravity with a barren off axis room. The second we walked in, a near psychedelic disorientation came over us as we noticed others feeling the same.
A thirty minute walk to Guitar Center proved successful with an expensive hardware purchase to beef up our recording fidelity. Ten minutes after we got the new interface working another song birthed its way out of a quick jam session. Add one more unfinished song to the list.
Currently we are attempting to devote our sparse recording sessions to finishing our euro house concept, as well as the long awaited and politically motivated return of Enrique, Taco Rider. Hopefully we will be able to give you a preview of one of the new works in the near future.
